The Founder
Chicago, IL native Jennifer Robinson, as a youth, has always had a heart to reach out to hurting people although she struggled to overcome many setbacks in her own life including unsuccessful relationships, emotional abuse, fear, rejection, low self-esteem & self-worth, and depression. It was after surrenduring her life to Christ, embracing His love for her & developing an intimate relationship with God in 2001 that she realized God's amazingly great plan for her life.
Through her own past experiences, she can relate to hurting people and is highly concerned about critical issues facing many young girls today. In 2009, she founded Daughters of Destiny, Inc., a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization with a mission to empower teen girls ages 11-18 with mentoring programs, workshops and events.
As Executive Director of this life-changing organization, she travels the U. S. speaking at conferences & events, and hosting workshops. Jennifer's vision for Daughters of Destiny, is to see the lives of girls transformed, visions and dreams birthed and destinies fulfilled instead of out-of-wedlock babies. She wants girls all over the world to know that they can aim high and soar like the eagles no matter what obstacles they face.
Jennifer holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. She recently successfully graduated from Women-N-Power Ministries as an Evangelist. She is a proud member of Llife Centers, a center which does pregnacy testing and counseling to mothers considering abortion. She's currently pursuing her Masters in Health Administration, training to be a Life Coach for teens, and mentoring teen girls. In her sparetime, she enjoys watching movies, cooking, writing, traveling, and dining at fine restaurants. She is a proud single mother of her teen daughter Briana.
